VIDALUZ DEVELOPMENT CASE STUDY
VidaLuz has a vision of creating sustainable, unified communities with deep emphasis in experiential culture across real estate, hospitality and manufacturing. We were privileged to aid the founders in deriving a resonant and meaningful name which translates to “knowledge” and “light”, seamlessly transitioning into molding the visual components of the brand. This began with designing a logo that was both elegant and modern emphasizing the organic essence of the properties and vibrant culture within the communities. Below are two directions for the that logo design.

The cornerstone of this scope was a massive 80 page concept deck that encompassed everything potential investors and partners will need to know about VidaLuz. The deck consists of a tiered out business plan covering the company overview, sustainability market value, partnerships, agriculture plan and a thorough breakdown of each of the three sectors being Sustainable Micro Cities, Green Hospitality and Modular Construction. By intersperse statistics and infographics to substantiate the investment value as well as providing a variety of page layouts which balance imagery and copy our hope was to keep the viewer interested and engaged through all 80 pages.
What started out as a simple splash page evolved into a seven page comprehensive website. The initial site was merely meant to give that “30,000 ft view” of VidaLuz to a select (invited) audience… to entice them into inquiring more about the venture. Once the concept deck was flushed out and ready to share, it became apparent that the most efficient way to do so was housing it within the website itself. The first interface and impression of the company was now exclusively through the website and with that it only made sense that we convey that “30,000 ft view” a bit more comprehensively.
